lol.

I've been thinking about building a similar gauge setup for the mx6, only mount it ontop of the dash so I can see it while racing. Chevy's gonna get a pillar gauge pod (3) - fuel press, boost press, pyro.

I got myself a sheet of Lexan and cut out a bunch of templates for me to work with. I have 6 total to play with... here is my first attempt...

The blue you see is just a protectant that comes on both sides.
This looks real good Rob. Is that switch for the fuel pump?

Updates...

Gauge pod is done... we hit the back of it with a sand blaster and then painted it black to give it a pretty nice texture. you really can't tell from the pics...

I've been talking with Avid Racing and decided to try out their motor mounts and promote their products. They sent me a set of their RSX motor mounts in Black Matte finish (really nice looking and goes sweet with the rest of the black in my engine bay). They are 70a durometer which is equivelant to Hasport's "Race" mounts. I'll be taking more pics of them installed and giving a detailed write up on the install and feel of them...

Motor is Done... My dad and I finished it up yesterday and its now in my garage waiting to get put back in...

wish i had some to tell you... we were having lean issues shortly after we started making pulls. we think its an injector issue... fuel pressure was good and didn't fall off and we had 2 new widebands and a new primary o2 all reading the same. it would go lean under boost. it was fine the first few pulls, then became erradic and then straight lean.

for what its worth... first pull it made 289 @ 10psi
