Looking good Rob. Glad you got the pick-up to work properly without having to dremel out the stock filter!

Yea it was kind of a pain, but got it done. The -6 bulkhead fits pretty good in there.

Yeah -6 is a better fit there. I had to dremel all that shit out in the middle to get the -8 to fit.

Last night i took the throttle body and intake manifold off and test fit the RBC IM with the P2R adapter and BDL TB to check what clearance issues and what modification would have to be made.

The intercooler piping will need to be adjusted. Not as bad as i anticipated... i thought i was gonna need to replace the whole charge pipe off the TB and re-weld the BOV flange, but when i turned the pipe the other way (from how the greddy kit originally goes), it perfectly fit around the radiator hose. The BOV is now facing up and comes close to the hood but has enough clearance.

I contemplated whether or not to just make all new intercooler piping with a larger diameter since i have a turbo that will have no problem flowing and a bigger TB. I know the bigger TB is really not helping much, performance wise, cause my intercooler piping is still small, but for time and money reasons, i'm gonna stick with this piping for now, see what kind of power numbers i make and how she runs and then later upgrade my piping and see what kind of difference it makes.

I had to modify the throttle cable bracket because the RBC inlet angles in and the fuel lines ended up hitting the part of the bracket that holds the cruise control cable. Since i don't have cruise control anymore, i chopped that part off and the bracket fit nice. I'm actually gonna shorten the -8 feed to the fuel rail and the -6 return to the FPR a little... they are a little long and are basically up against the throttle cable bracket which i don't like.

And this is what it will basically end up looking like...

You should run a 45 degree fitting off the fuel rail. How do you have your pvc setup? Did you cap the RBC off cause I only see on line going to your catch can.

Those damn angle fittings are expensive man When i mocked up the lines, i gave myself a little slack just in case... rather have room to cut then not long enough and need to buy more hose, ya know.

Yes i'm capping off the RBC and running the pvc to the can. thinking of making another port in the can to run to the valve cover.

Dark Dragon - Not sure what times she's gonna run... low 12's maybe
